把win8的IE10放桌面上方法（非快鍵式）

　　新建一個注冊表.reg文件，如：IE10桌面顯示.reg;再右鍵“編輯”該注冊表.reg文件;后把以下代碼復制粘貼進去，保存，再后 雙擊該文件(有彈出的都點確定)，刷新下見效果。
