MailStore Home 是愛優(yōu)軟推薦的一款免費、無敵郵件備份工具，它提供了強大的郵件存檔與備份功能，可以將各類電子郵箱、郵件客戶端或郵件文章的郵件存檔、備份到本地同一個地方，有備無患，并提供了靈活的管理方式（搜索、導(dǎo)出）等，支持 Gmail、IMAP 或 POP3 郵箱。

MailStore Home 是一款 Windows 操作系統(tǒng)上免費的電子郵件管理軟件，可支持導(dǎo)出、存儲與檢索各類電子郵箱軟件中的電子郵件，把各個分散的電子郵件信息歸攏到一起，很節(jié)省空間，并且日后的搜索變得相當(dāng)方便。

MailStore 支持備份的郵件來源包括：

一、 電子郵件帳戶：如 Gmail、QQ郵箱、Office 365 或任意支持 IMAP 或 POP3 協(xié)議的郵箱； 

二、 電子郵件客戶端：包括 Outlook、Windows Mail、Live Mail、Thunderbird、SeaMonkey 等，可一鍵導(dǎo)入郵件數(shù)據(jù)； 

三、 電子郵件文件：包括 EML、MSG 以及 MBOX 文件。

注意備份 Gmail 前需要先啟用 IMAP 訪問，從 [設(shè)置->轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)和 POP/IMAP] 中啟用 IMAP，配置好后可選擇是否排除相關(guān)文件夾或子文件夾(標(biāo)簽)，或設(shè)置僅存檔某一時間段內(nèi)的郵件。

對于已存檔好的郵件，MailStore 提供了與原始郵件相同的瀏覽模式，這樣就有比較好的瀏覽體驗。另外也提供了強大的本地郵件搜索功能，支持通配符與高級搜索參數(shù)，如主題、發(fā)件人/收件人、附件、大小、優(yōu)先級等，并可創(chuàng)建與 Foxmail 和 Opera Mail 一樣的搜索文件夾。

使用說明：

這是官方提供的便攜版，對個人用戶完全免費，直接運行 MailStoreHomePortable.exe 即可，2013/8/28 更新版本為 MailStore Home 8.1.0.9075。默認(rèn)顯示簡體中文界面，所有數(shù)據(jù)都保存到 Data 文件夾中，完全便攜化。

Improved: It is now possible to use regular expressions in the folder include and exclude lists, making the folder selection much more flexible. Simply prepend the regex to include or exclude with || (case-sensitive) or |i| (case-insensitive).
